    Bad Bunny’s Residence Concerts, “No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí,” will take place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from July 11 to September 14, 2025. Vamonos will provide exclusive coach bus transportation from key San Juan pick-up locations to/from El Choliseo (Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot).

Experience includes a meetup at one of three pickup locations, escorted roundtrip transportation to the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, group escort to the Coliseo, and complimentary bottled water on the bus.

    We’ll pick you up from convenient, central locations in Isla Verde, Condado, or Centro de Convenciones and drop you off right at or near the concert venue — roundtrip included.

    Pickup Locations

    • Isla Verde – near the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel* – 6063 Av. Isla Verde, Carolina  *Bus will be at the street side sidewalk in front of the hotel.
    • Condado – near the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino* – 1309 Ashford Ave, San Juan 00907  *Bus will be at the street side sidewalk in front of the hotel.
    • Centro de Convenciones / Miramar / Santurce – Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino* (Convention Center) – 200 Convention Blvd, San Juan 00907  *Bus will be outside the lobby area in front of the hotel.

    Do not wait inside the hotel. Our staff will happily greet you directly by the bus doors. The hotel is not associated with this transportation.

    Times

    • Pick up: 5:00 PM departure at all locations. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.
    • Return: 12:15 AM – Meet at the original drop-off or meeting point as per your bus facilitator.
    • 12:25 AM – Bus officially departs from Coliseo
    • Don’t miss the bus! No accommodations or refunds will be given for late arrivals.

    You provide

    • QR code for each reservation (QR will be provided in an email upon booking)
    • ID for each passenger
    • Both of these items will be required to get on the bus**

    • For your convenience, a PIN location for bus pick up will be sent to the cell number on the booking on the day of your reservation

    • Vehicle**: Vehicle may vary depending on the size of the group for your location. Our fleet consists of buses, mini-buses, vans, minivans, and SUVs. 
    • Roundtrip cost per person: $85
    • Your transportation and booking are secure once you have received your booking reply emails.  IMPORTANT: Save the email with the QR code for entry
    • Reservations close at 10:30 AM for the same day of the event
    • Walk-In:  We will accept walk-ins and will attempt to accommodate, but transportation will be based on availability and at a higher rate using only PayPal or Venmo

    As per Move Concerts, the concert starts promptly at 9:00 PM.

    We ask that you arrive at your pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Buses will leave promptly — there is no refunds for missed departures.

    Our staff will be waiting near the venue after the show. We will let you know where to pick up your bus transfer and provide instructions for the return meeting spot. Our goal is to depart 15-25 minutes promptly after the concert.

    No need to print! You’ll receive a QR code or digital confirmation via email. Just show it on your phone when boarding. You may also print your confirmation and present it in person upon boarding the bus, if you prefer.

    Yes! A Vámonos staff member will ride with each bus and be available before and after the show. You’ll also receive a contact number in case of an emergency.

    Our pricing is for round-trip only and cannot be split or discounted for one-way use. However, you may use our services for one way only, as long as you let us know.

    Yes! We are committed to taking you to the concert and back to your original destination. If your destination has less than 25 passengers, we will transport you on a smaller bus or on a professional vehicle.

    Yes, but you have until 10:30 AM to sign up online. No reservations are accepted after 10:30 AM the day of the event.

    Yes, but only if there is still space available at your pick-up location. You must sign a paper form and pay the roundtrip Walk-In fee ($105) on-site via Venmo or PayPal. There are no one-way discounts. The final walk-in cost is $105 per person.

    No, seats are first come, first served. If you’re traveling in a group, we recommend arriving early to sit together.

    Yes, but everyone must have a paid seat, regardless of age. Please note that the concert may not be suitable for young children.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule for missed pickups. Please arrive early to ensure your spot.

    No, we do not recommend leaving valuables on the bus. You will most likely return on a different coach bus. Vámonos is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

    We recommend bringing a small amount for merchandise or outside vendors, but most indoor/outdoor venues and vendors accept credit/debit cards.

    Cancellations & Refunds
    Our cancellation policy accounts for pre-departure costs and vehicle arrangements incurred by Vámonos Tours. Any and all cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] at least 15 days prior to your scheduled transfer date to receive a full refund.No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the transfer.You will be given a specific location and time to meet your coach bus. Missed transfers due to late arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.
    Transfer Date Changes
    Requests to change your concert transfer date must be emailed to [email protected] no later than 15 days prior to your scheduled transfer. Changes requested within 15 days of the scheduled transfer cannot be guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of your seat.All date changes are subject to availability and confirmation by Vámonos Tours.
    Departure Time & Punctuality
    Please plan to arrive at your designated pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The bus will depart promptly at the scheduled time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed buses.
    Payment & Booking Confirmation
    Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online portal. You will receive a confirmation email with your transfer details. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 24 hours.
    Boarding Expectations & Terms
    By boarding any of our vehicles, you agree to abide by these terms:
    • Follow all instructions from the driver and staff at all times.
    • Remain seated while the bus is moving unless using the restroom (if available).
    • No disruptive behavior, yelling, or harassment of any kind. Illegal drugs, vaping, or smoking (including e-cigarettes), as well as outside alcoholic beverages, and excessive drinking on board are not permitted at any time.

    • Passengers are responsible for keeping their belongings secure. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
    • Large bags or items must be stored in designated compartments or under seats to keep aisles clear. Refer to Coliseo de Puerto Rico approved concert items before you board our bus.
    • Do not bring any hazardous or flammable materials onto the bus.
    • Help us keep the bus clean. Please dispose of trash in the provided containers.
    • No shoes on seats, no feet on dashboards, and no damage to bus property.
    • Please wear headphones when listening to music or watching videos.
    • Vamonos reserves the right to deny boarding or remove any passenger for intoxication, disorderly conduct, safety violations, or noncompliance with rules.
    • Items left behind may be recovered upon request, but we cannot guarantee their return. Unclaimed items will be discarded after a set period.
    • Passengers must be 18 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

    By participating in this transportation service:

    • You acknowledge that consuming alcohol involves certain risks and release Vamonos, its employees, and contractors from liability for any injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption or your behavior during or after the trip.
    • You agree to drink responsibly and not to pressure others to drink.
    • You accept responsibility for any damage you cause to the bus or its contents.
